This is such an exciting question! I’m always online checking out different sites and these are the best sites I’ve bought from.
Zara
Every fashionista’s favourite destination for the most fashionable clothes. What I love the most about Zara clothing is the different pattern and cuts you get there that I really don't think any other brand has, like for example I once tried out a deconstructed dress from there!
I was so excited when they announced their online store and shipment back in 2017. Zara is also known for updating their collection every 14 days.
Their delivery speed is quite good too. It usually takes around 1–3 days depending on where you reside.
Their packaging is just average . When I ordered a few tshirts from there, the packaging was good. However when I had recently ordered a belt bag, the packaging was not that great. And I think it did damage the quality of the bag. It didn't look as stiff as on the image and I think it’s purely because of how it was sent to me.
The refund process by Zara is very smooth. Once I had ordered a shoe that was bigger than my usual size. The pickup executive had come the next day after I processed for it. And the refund was made immediately.
H&M
Another favourite! I absolutely love the clothes at H&M. they've got such 90’s reminiscent clothes available there. They too update their collection regularly. The delivery takes about 2–4 days depending on where you reside. And it’s packed really well!
Forever 21
The place to go when you are really broke but you want to buy lots of fashionable clothes. Forever 21 is such a big success because of their designs and majorly by the fact that they provide this at a very low price.
While I wouldn't bet my cash on it for it’s quality, I still love buying super cute shirts, socks and accessories from there.
The delivery takes about 2–4 days as well.
Myntra and Jabong
India's two most favourite online shopping sites! I’ve clubbed these two together because they are owned by the same company.
Both sites have an immense variety of brands under them. Brands like NBA, Accessorize are available here.
You can shop for any clothing at any budget on these sites.
I shop Nike products like their tshirts, shoes and slides from here rather than the actual Nike India site because I get them at a cheaper price. So are the other sportswear brands too!
While some may suspect the authenticity of the sportswear brands on these sites, I vouch that the products are absolutely genuine. My products are still in good condition. I would highly recommend buying sportswear from these two channels.
Also THE BEST part is the speed of the delivery!! I ordered for shoes from Jabong and I received it the NEXT day!! I was shocked, thrilled and happy! So incase you need any dress/products urgently, I highly recommend these two sites.
One last thing I want to mention is that, sometimes I can't seem to enter the sites. It simply does not load. And this has happened to me a few times. I suppose at peak times like 6pm to 9pm, the traffic to these sites will be overloaded because of the rampant number of visitors.
Koovs
Koovs offers very trendy clothes. Their collection is amazing and something really different and their price points are budget friendly. I love certain brands that are available there such as Origami Lily. I bought a gorgeous red gown for just 1000 Rupees. All of Origami Lily’s garments are of beautiful patterns. I loved the fit and the colour of it. Koovs also has amazing, budget friendly footwear too.
I was a little disappointed with their delivery though. Last December I had a wedding and a reception to attend, and on the site it said it would be delivered within 7 days. And the story goes on that they didn't deliver it even after 7 days! And I had to write a mail to them, and only then the clothes were delivered. And unfortunately , one of the events had already gotten over.
Shein
The latest game changer in fashion is Shein. This Chinese brand has almost everything under them! Their clothes are utterly stylish and extremely cheap! The quality isn't that great though. I bought this Fuzzy sweater from Shein last winter, and the fuzz constantly kept coming off. But the thing with this brand is that, even though I had one bad experience, I’m still ready to buy from there because of the variety of the clothes I get here. I have a beautiful tan coloured coat from there which I bought at a very cheap price (for a coat) of just 700 rupees.
I’m a big sucker for cute stationery and home decor and guess what, Shein has them too! And at a very cheap price.
The delivery takes a LOT of time which I really wished they changed. I assume it’s because it’s coming all the way from China. My last delivery took more than a week.
